The prayer does not have any correlation with the statement and averment in the writ petition. We find total inconsistency and contradiction. Under these circumstances, with the approach of this writ petition, it is difficult to the Court to take cognizance of the matter.
Hence, we dismiss the writ petition on the above ground alone. However, we give liberty to the petitioner to come with a specific prayer, which would be understandable not only by the Court but also by any person. There will be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this matter shall stand dismissed.
