2. Petitioner claims that he is the owner of plot Nos.7 and 8 admeasuring 777.77 sq.yds., situated in survey No.154 of Joharapuram Village within Kurnool Municipal Corporation, Kurnool. The grievance of the petitioner is that the sub-ordinates of respondent Nos.2 and 3 have threatened the petitioner to vacate the said land and apprehending that he would be dispossessed high handedly without issuing any notice and without taking any recourse to the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Learned Government Pleader has taken instructions and has filed a counter affidavit on behalf of the Tahsildar specifically stating that no Government sub-ordinate visited the petitioner’s land nor approached the petitioner as alleged. It is also stated that as per the revenue record the land in survey No.154 is classified as Budakha Mosque and if at all any action is required, the wakf board is competent to take appropriate action.
4. Since interference, as alleged, is denied by respondent Nos.2 and 3, it is apparent that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive any more.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
