ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the third respondent in refusing the Land Acquisition proposal in respect of house property bearing Municipal No.12-1-886/1, admeasuring to an extent of 126.22 square yards situate at Asifnagar X Road, Hyderabad.
The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to initiation of land acquisition proceedings an award was passed in respect of the aforesaid house property on 20.04.2010.
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.09.2014, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions from his clients and to day he submits that in view of the Award passed in respect of the subject house property, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.
Recording the submissions of the learned Counsel, the Writ Petition is closed.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
