Judgment: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) As it is submitted that an application for vacating the interim order, which is impugned in this appeal has been filed, we do not like to interfere in this matter at this stage.
However, it would be open for both the parties to raise all the points which have been taken in this appeal before the learned trial Judge.
The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
