ORDER:
Petitioner questions the notice issued by the Mandal Deputy Surveyor dated 16.08.2014 whereunder he proposes to conduct survey and demarcation of boundaries in Sy.No.20, 43 and 201 of Karnataka Nagepalli village, Puttaparthi Mandal, Anantapuramu District. All the adjacent landlords were given notice of the said survey including the petitioner.
2. It appears that the petitioner filed objections claiming that he is in possession and that the land is DC land. However, at this stage, that issue is not relevant inasmuch as only survey is proposed to be conducted. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Petitioner, however, is at liberty to appear and be present at the time of survey and if the survey report is adverse to the petitioner, he is free to take appropriate steps.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
