2. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which refer to similar writ petition viz., W.P.No.3827 of 2014 filed by similar such assignees. The said writ petition was already disposed of on 27.03.2014 noticing that no action is taken by the Tahsildar against the petitioners therein and as and when the action is contemplated petitioners will be given appropriate notice and will be heard before passing any orders.
3. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is similar as he also claims to be assignee in possession since 1985. Hence, there shall be a similar direction in this case also as in W.P.No.3827 of 2014.
4. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
