ORDER:
Writ petition is directed against mere issuance of notice to the petitioner requiring him to appear before the Joint Collector, Kurnool, for the proposed enquiry relating to the schedule land to an extent of Ac.5-55 cents in survey No.477/3. The said land is claimed by the petitioner on the ground that her husband was granted D-form patta. If that is so, it is open for the petitioner to appear before the Joint Collector and submit her claim before the Joint Collector.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit her claim before the Joint Collector, who shall thereupon consider the matter and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. No coercive action against the petitioner, however, shall be taken till appropriate orders, as directed above, are passed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
