Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition is directed against the order dated 30.12.2017 passed by the Commissioner, Varanasi Region, Varanasi in a revision under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 in proceedings arising out of Section 34 of the Act.
Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel has rightly raised an objection that there is no good ground to entertain this writ petition in view of availability of an alternative / statutory / effective remedy by challenging order dated 30.12.2017 by way of a revision at the instance of the petitioner under Section 219(2) of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to meet the objection.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy.
The office is directed to retain the certified copies of the documents to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining a xerox thereof.
