JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court challenging inaction on the part of the respondent bank in not processing his application for education loan. 2. Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank would submit that the petitioner did not provide sufficient details in his application submitted before the respondent bank to process the said request.
3. Having regard to the above factual situation, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The petitioner shall approach the first respondent and provide sufficient details requested by the first respondent within a period of seven days from today, and on receipt of the same, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders and intimate the petitioner the outcome of the enquiry. This may be done within seven days from the date of submission of the records by the petitioner.
