Despite the fact that it was brought to the notice of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant that the sole appellant has expired and even the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant sought time on 05/12/2011 to bring the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record and despite sufficient time is granted, no steps are taken to bring the heirs and legal representatives on record. Hence, the present Second Appeal is dismissed as having been abated. Notice is discharged.
