1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major and are present before this Court. They got married on 14.12.2019 out of their own sweet will and a copy of the Nikahnama has also been filed as annexure-2 to the petition.
3. Since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station C.B. Ganj, District Bareilly, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
