The Court made the following Order:
“The petitioner is A-3. She seeks for grant of bail. She allegedly committed offences under the provisions of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. She is said to be procurer of girls. It would appear that all other accused have already been enlarged on bail. I, therefore, consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail in view of the nature of the offences levelled against her.
Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar.”
