Gordhan vs State

Learned APP Mr.Shah submits that the present convict-prisoner has preferred application before the District Magistrate, Surat to release him on parole leave for thirty days to enable him to attend the after death ceremony of his son who expired on 7.12.2011. The District Magistrate, Surat is directed to dispose of the application dated 17.12.2011 preferred by the convict-prisoner within seven days from today.

With the above direction, this application stands disposed of. Copy of this order be provided to learned APP.
