Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for quashing of the First Information Report dated 01.07.2021, registered as Case Crime No.0153 of 2021, under Sections 323, 324, 506 and 308 IPC, Police Station-Kalamganj, District-Farrukhabad with a further prayer to stay their arrest during pendency of investigation of the said case.
Smt. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A. informs the Court that the police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet in Case Crime No.153 of 2021 in the Court on 10.8.2021.
Having regard to the statement made we are of the opinion that nothing further survives to be decided in the instant petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioners to challenge charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings or avail such other remedy as advised.
