Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
This Court vide order dated 29 August 2017 directed the Regional Manager Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Gorakhpur, to consider the claim of the applicant towards payment of medical reimbursement. Pursuant thereof, the Assistant Regional Manager (Finance) vide order dated 27 February 2018 has rejected the claim of the applicant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the order passed pursuant to the writ court order has not been passed by the Regional Manager.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order dated 27 February 2018 being an administrative order and not a quasi judicial order.
In view thereof, contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to assail the order dated 27 February 2018 on merit before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
