Sri Devbratt Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Girish Vishwakarma, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the competent authority to decide his pending application dated 4.11.2020 under section 101 of UP Revenue Code, pending before the Respondent no. 2, Up Ziladhikari, Mohamadabad Gohna, District Mau, within a stipulated time.
This prayer is not opposed by the learned Standing counsel.
In view of such facts, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner on its own merits, if possible, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today in PDF form strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, the writ petition is disposed of.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
