This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been moved by the applicant with the prayer to quash the impugned show cause notice dated 22.06.2019 issued by S.D.M. Kerakat, Jaunpur in Case Crime No. 1068 of 2019, under Sections 107 and 111 of Cr.P.C., Police Station Kerakat, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kerakat, District Jaunpur.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness, much less than any abuse of court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. It appears from the impugned order that simply a show cause notice has been issued against him. The applicant's right to defend himself is still open. Whatever the defence the applicant had, he may file before the court below. This Court does not see any good justification to invoke its inherent jurisdiction.
Application lacks merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
