Heard learned counsel for appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This criminal appeal has been filed against the order dated 03.09.2019 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Kanpur Nagar in S.T. No. 1089 of 2003 (State Vs. Gora @ Gore Lal @ Lalji Awasthi), arising out of Case Crime No. 16 of 2002, P.S. Barra, District Kanpur Nagar, by which the appellant has been convicted for the offence under Section 325 IPC and awarded the sentence of five years simple imprisonment with a fine of Rs.10,000/-, under Section 504 IPC, awarded the sentence of one year simple imprisonment, under Section 506 IPC, awarded the sentence of two years simple imprisonment and also under Section 3(1)(X) of SC/ST Act, awarded the sentence of three years simple imprisonment with a fine of Rs.10,000/- with default stipulations. All the sentences have been directed to run concurrently.
