(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned advocate Mr. B.M. Mangukiya submitted that learned Senior Advocate Mr. S.N. Shelat is appearing for one of the respondents in one of these matters.
In view of that, Registry is directed to obtain necessary orders from the Honourable the Chief Justice to place these matters before a Bench to which one of us (Honourable Mr. Justice N.V. Anjaria) is not a party.
Learned advocate Mr. Mangukiya also submitted that the matters are urgent as the same are remitted by the Supreme Court with a direction to dispose of these matters in a time-frame.
