In the light of the fact that there is no dispute as regards the title to the property and there is no issue as to identification, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no need for a commission report. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the application. Accordingly, the original petition is disposed of and I.A.No.4108/2014 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to move such an application, if occasion so arises. vpv Sd/-
