As per report submitted by CMM, Kanpur Nagar dated 07.03.2014, which has been received by this Court and has been flagged as 'Kha' it has been reported that the sole appellant Gopi has died on 29.09.1993 in police encounter, therefore, the present appeal is abated against the sole appellant Gopi.
In view of the above, the present appeal stands abated.
