Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 9 of 2010, under Sections 498-A, 147, 323, 504 & 506 IPC read with Section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, police station Kotwali Nagar, district Balrampur.
We have gone through the contents of the FIR.
The allegations levelled against the petitioner No. 1, who happens to be husband of opposite party No. 4, is to the effect that on earlier occasions he had killed his two wives for the lust of dowry and there is no whisper in this petition in rebuttal of these allegations.
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be granted some time to clarify the said position and to file supplementary affidavit.
He may do so within a period of one week.
