2. The petitioner has sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.111/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A)(i), 354(D)(i), 384, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC.
3. On the last date of hearing, on the submission of the learned SPP-II that the investigation has been completed and the chargesheet has already been laid against the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to enable the petitioner to take further action in the matter. However, the petitioner has not chosen to challenge the chargsheet.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek his discharge on such grounds available in law, before the trial Court.
