2. Learned SPP submits that the Death Certificate relating to the death of the petitioner is produced before the lower Court and the Court has dropped the proceedings against the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submission, memo is accepted and proceedings against the petitioner are declared as abated. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as abated.
