It has been informed by Sri Deepak Seth, learned counsel appearing for opposite parties that the copy of the restoration application (C.M. Application No. 18665 of 2014) has been filed without serving duplicate thereof, upon him.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant undertakes to serve the duplicate of aforesaid restoration upon the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties, during the course of the day.
