The petitioner has challenged the order dated 11.05.2018, without annexing copy thereof, which was allegedly passed in pursuance of an order dated 23.08.2017 passed in Writ-C No.35146 of 2017, which, in turn, was decided in terms of the order passed in Writ-C No.30936 of 2017, decided on 18th July, 2017.
As neither the impugned order dated 11.05.2018 nor order passed in Writ-C No.30936 of 2017 is on record, we dismiss the petition with liberty to the petitioner to obtain copy of the order dated 11.05.2018 from the respondent and to file a fresh petition after annexing therewith copy of the order dated 11.05.2018 as also copy of the order passed in Writ-C No.30936 of 2017, decided on 18th July, 2017, of which reference is there in the order dated 23.08.2017 passed in Writ-C No.35146 of 2017.
Sri Vivek Rai has appeared on behalf of the respondents. He undertakes that the respondent shall supply copy of the order dated 11.05.2018 to the petitioner's counsel, if he approaches him for a copy thereof.
