ORDER:
Heard.
2. Alleging that the police and, particularly, respondent No.2, Station House Officer, Markapur Police Station, is interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioners with regard to the lands stated to be in Survey Nos.54, 55 and 59 of Narikellapalli Village, Muthukur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Learned government pleader has received instructions from respondent No.2, wherein it is specifically stated that on behalf of the A.P.Transco, Nellore, the Assistant Executive Engineer lodged a complaint dated 12.07.2014 that while A.P.Transco is constructing 400KV OMDC line from Krishnapatnam AP GENCO power plant to 400 KVSS Chittoor, few farmers obstructed to the works at location No.10 and hence requested to arrange police protection. The instructions further state that accordingly an entry was made in the G.D. on 12.07.2014 and constables were sent to get the matter enquired into and further as on the date no protection whatsoever is given to the complainant. It is also denied that respondent No.2 has interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the lands of the petitioners.
4. In view of the said instructions, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
