Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Tariq Maqbool Khan for the Gaon Sabha.
This is a second writ petition praying for an identical relief. The earlier writ petition having been disposed of with certain directions on 10.09.2013 being Writ-C No.48617 of 2013.
The second writ petition for the same relief is not maintainable under the Rules of the Court.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
