Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it will be open for the investigating agency to record the statement and avail and verify the copies of the documents in question with regard to the transaction of import of the machinery and other items which are the subject matter of the complaint, barring the above, no coercive action be taken against the applicant till further order.
