The present appeal is filed being aggrieved by judgement and order dated 04.10.2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Surendranagar in Sessions Case No.46 of 2012, whereby the learned Judge is pleased to convict the appellant for the offence under section 302 of IPC and award life imprisonment with fine of Rs.5000/-, in default to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year.
