Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to implement Ext. P4 order. Ext. P4 is an order passed by the Kerala State Pollution Control Board on 3.6.2011 calling upon the 3rd respondent to shift the shop to another place. According to the petitioner, so far no action had been taken in the matter. 2. Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to ensure that the direction issued at Ext. P4 is complied, which shall be done within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
