The petitioner's vehicle bearing registration number KL- 17/C 4283 has been seized alleging involvement in reclamation of nillam. Petitioner draws this Court's attention to the Draft Data Bank and submits that it is a reclaimed land. 2. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am of the view that the vehicle shall be released to the petitioner on executing a simple bond with two sureties and on surrender of the R.C. Book. On complying with the above conditions, the vehicle shall be released to the petitioner forthwith.
3. The District Collector shall conclude the entire proceedings after verifying the nature of the land and also after obtaining the necessary report from the Agricultural W.P.(c).No.33964 of 2014 : 2 :
Officer within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
