JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. By this writ petition the petitioner, alleging police harassment, has come up with the prayer that a direction be issued to the 4th respondent not to harass the petitioner. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that his son who was conducting a 'Kury' business suffered loss and went missing for the last one year.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submitted that against the petitioner's son, a case is registered as Crime No.2121/2013 and 4th respondent has called the petitioner to know the whereabouts of the petitioner's son and no harassment of any kind has been meted to the petitioner.
In view of the above statement by learned Government Pleader, we see no case of police harassment.
