ORDER In terms of order dated 21.08.2019, respondent No.2 – Commissioner has passed a speaking order on 28.08.2019. To that extent, memo has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2. Same is taken on record. Petitioner is permitted to pursue the matter before respondent No.2.
2. With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. Pursuant to the order dated 28.08.2019, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to complete the process within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
