Petitioner had submitted Ext.P2 application for reimbursement of physiotherapy charges. The first respondent issued a letter to the petitioner by way of Ext.P3 calling upon him to approach the 2nd respondent for reimbursement of his claim. 2. Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that they will consider and pass appropriate orders.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of as under:
The 2nd respondent shall consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
