HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11872 of 2008 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 and 2 in not taking action against the 3rd respondent in respect of delivery of original renewal B Form licence for the year 2007-08 of the petitioner including the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 14.05.2008. The proceedings dated 14.05.2008 is a memo returning the application of the petitioner for renewal of B Form licence on the ground that the original B form Licence was not enclosed with the application. However, there was no interim order in the writ petition and the licence period was also expired.
4. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
