Hon'ble Vivek Kumar Singh,J.
Heard Sri Kamal Kumar and Sri Ajay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Kameshwar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
The instant writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing of the order dated 18.05.2018 passed by Session Judge, Ballia in Criminal Revision No. 199 of 2017 (Gopal Yadav and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) and also the order dated 15.09.2017 passed by CJM, Ballia in Criminal Case No. 1508 of 2017 (State of U.P. Vs. Gopal Yadav and others), under sections 147, 148, 452, 323, 325, 504, 506, 429 IPC, P.S. Ubhaon, District Ballia.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the orders impugned as well as material on record, this Court is of the opinion that the learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out any good ground which may call for interference by this Court in exercise of power conferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the orders impugned.
Accordingly, the prayer for quashing the orders impugned is hereby refused.
Present petition lacks merit and is dismissed. No order as to costs.
