1. The office has placed a note dated 8.10.2012 stating therein that in the judgment dated 20th , 24th, 25th and 26th September 2012 in Special Civil Application No.11916 of 2012 and allied matters through inadvertence Special Civil Application No.11930 of 2012 is also included in the cause title, though the said petition is not part of the group.
2. Having regard to the said submission made in the said note and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon verification it is found that through inadvertence the said Special Civil Application No.11930 of 2012 is wrongly shown in the cause title of the judgment dated 20th , 24th, 25th and 26th September 2012 in Special Civil Application No.11916 of 2012 and allied matters.
3. Hence, office is directed to delete the Special Civil Application No.11930 of 2012 from the cause title of judgment dated 20th , 24th, 25th and 26th September 2012 in Special Civil Application No.11916 of 2012 and allied matters.
4. If certified copy of the judgment is issued by the Office, corrected certified copy to be supplied to the concerned party.
5. With the above direction the office note dated 8.10.2012 stands disposed of.
