Heard Sri Deepak Kumar Kulshrestha, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Gram Sabha and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondent.
The only relief pressed in this petition is that the application of the petitioner dated 3.12.2018, under Section 67A of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, (Lal Bahadur and others Vs. Gaon Sabha), pending before the respondent no.1, may be directed to be decided at an early date.
Learned Standing counsel as well as learned counsel for Gram Sabha states the the application of the petitioner shall be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law, expeditiously.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned to decided the aforesaid application of the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously.
