Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer and submitted that his representation dated 1.3.2021 be directed to be decided by the respondent no.2 to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to look into the representation dated 1.3.2021 and decide the same expeditiously preferably on or before 31st of October 2021.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed his opinion on the merits of the case and it is open to the respondent no.2 to decide the representation in accordance with law.
