By means of this petition, the petitioners have prayed to direct the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.T201914290300549 under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Gopal Singh and others Vs. Dharnidhar) Village-Dedhgawa Pargana and Tehsil Jamaniya, District-Ghazipur within stipulated time prescribed by this court.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months in accordance with law.
