At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner made a request to permit for withdrawal of the writ petition on account of some incurable defects with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Sri Srikant, who has accepted notice on behalf of respondents has no objection for filing a fresh petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
