ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 5-9-2014 in I.A.No.532 of 2014 in O.S.No.85 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vikarabad.
Ms. Preeti Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for Sri V. Hari Haran, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the court to withdraw the revision petition on the ground that certain papers which are unconnected with the dispute have been wrongly filed, with liberty to file a fresh revision petition with proper material. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.4751 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
