The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Suit No. 34 of 2014 within a stipulated period.
From the order sheet of the case it appears that till date even written statement has not been filed.
Under the circumstances, it would not be appropriate for this Court to issue specific direction to the court concerned to decide the suit itself. Rather, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to move an application before the court concerned to bring the suit proceedings to its logical conclusion in absence of any legal impediment.
