Shri Suresh Kumar Yadav, Investigating Officer of Case Crime No.403 of 2010 under Section 364 I.P.C. which was later on converted into Sections 363 and 366 I.P.C., is present. He informs that he is making every endeavour to see that prosecutrix Sarika @ Soni is recovered and he has got certain information with respect to the availability of the prosecutrix at a particular place for which he requires some time to see that she is recovered.

Let him do so within ten days.

List on 8.7.2010 before the appropriate Bench. On the said date, Investigating Officer shall again remain present to apprise the Court about the progress of the case.
