The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No.403 of 2017 (Gopal Nishad & Ors. Vs. Rampi Devi & Ors.) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Phoolpur, District Allahabad may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.403 of 2017 (Gopal Nishand & Ors. Vs. Rampi Devi & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
