Counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for seeking deletion of name of respondent No. 5 from the record of rights in respect of the lands in dispute. Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
It is open to the petitioner to make an application to the concerned authority for the relief, as aforementioned, and if such an application is made, we hope and trust that the concerned authority shall deal with the same strictly in accordance with law, after issuing notice to respondent No. 5.
