The instant petition seeks a direction upon the respondents 5 to 7 not to interfere in petitioner's possession over a piece of land.
The respondents 5 to 7 are private parties and it appears that Civil Suit N.304 of 2019 has been instituted against them, which is pending.
The grievance appears to be that despite an interim injunction granted in the suit proceedings, the said respondents are not abiding the injunction order.
If that is so, the remedy for the petitioner lies under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC or he may take recourse to contempt proceedings.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
