According to the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mahrajganj dated 07.06.2021, which is on the record as the sole appellant in this case, Gopal Mishra son of Shivshankar Mishra has died.
I have perused the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mahrajganj, I am satisfied with regard to the death of sole appellant in this case, Gopal Mishra son of Shivshankar Mishra has died.
Considering the report of the CJM concerned, this appeal is dismissed as abated and same is consigned to record.
Office is directed to send back the lower court record to the concerned trial court.
