The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner should be paid all services benefits as are admissible to the regular employees treating the regularization of the petitioner w.e.f. 4.5.1983 alongwith interest thereon.
The petitioner claims to have filed an application for granted of the said benefits as claimed by him by means of a representation before the respondent no. 2, however, the same has not been considered till date and is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2.
Considering the fact that the claim of the petitioner is pending consideration, the present writ petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith a copy of this order before the respondent no. 2. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the respondent no. 2 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 2.
The writ petition is disposed off.
